Foothills
This remodel involved removing all of the center interior walls between the kitchen, family room and dining room. A split entry 1970’s home that has roof trusses spanning the entire home. This made it easier to remove the center walls since none of them were load bearing. In the end it created a massive open space for this family of 5. The new modern blue cabinets and alternate countertops create a more mid-modern feel. We also refinished all of the floors to their natural color. This project came out really well and the homeowners were ecstatic with the end result.
